  1. For each submitted abstract, at least one author must register for the Conference during the early-bird registration period to be formally included in the final program.
  2. Registration fees include
    • Admission to all technical sessions and poster session
    • Lunches (June 17-19, 2024)
    • Refreshments during coffee breaks
    • Preconference Young Water Professional workshops (June 16, 2024)
    • Welcome reception (June 16, 2024)
    • Culture Night (June 17, 2024)
    • Technical visits (June 20, 2024)
    • Gala dinner is not included in general registration (USD 50 extra.)
    • Accompanying person fee (USD 100) includes: Welcome Reception, Culture night and Gala dinner.

RESERVE AND TERMS

Early bird registration fee only applies, if both registration and payment are received on or before March 15, 2024.

Contributions per registration

  1. One registration allows a maximum 2 contributions (among which max. 1 platform). At least one author must register for the Conference during the early-bird registration period to be formally included in the program.
  2. Registration must be done by filling in the ONLINE FORM through the website https://iwa2024micropol.org/
  3. Full payment is required to receive the confirmation receipt.
  4. The payment must be made on USD. Payment options as follows:
    • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to the bank secure page. VISA and Mastercard are accepted.
    • Bank Transfer: Once you choose this method of payment, you will receive the necessary data from our bank account to make the payment. It is important to send us an email with the receipt to verify your registration. Detail introduction for this payment will be available before registration is open.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations or changes must be sent to the conference secretariat by email to secretary@iwa2024micropol.org

  • Cancellations received up to May 16 th , 2024, deposits will be refunded less USD$50 for administrative costs.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after May 16 th , 2024.
